In this English hymn, He talks about the countless decisions that each one of us have to make in our life -
We will always have decisions to make and we have no choice but to decide
We must decide such that it is not hurtful to anyone and that it should help us be better human beings
For decisions that do not really involve us, there is no need to get involved
For decisions that need to be taken, take the decisions instead of avoiding it
For decisions that need to be taken, take it at the right time, neither early nor late
Right timing for taking the decisions will bring the desired results
The results of the right action at the right time may be incredibly good
Do not take any decision based on your hate of someone or something
Do not take any decision in haste without considering everything
Proper decisions will bring in much more good than what you even expected
All decisions can have good/desired results or bad/unwanted results or no results at all. Hence, how the decisions are taken, why the decisions are taken, when they are taken, in what way they are taken will decide what are the results. As it may be difficult to know all these things, praying to God to do whatever He thinks is best for you will surely be a decision that cannot be wrong and can only give you the best result possible.
