I want to know the answers to questions as they rise in me;
I want to know the answers to questions as they rise in me;
You tell me, tell me, tell me (2)
Who I am? What I am? You tell me, tell me, tell me
What should I do? Why should I do? You tell me, tell me, tell me
Where I came from? Where shall I go? You tell me, tell me, tell me
What is wrong and what is right in life for me? You tell me, tell me, tell me
Who governs me? Why he governs me? You tell me, tell me, tell me
What is God? Where and how to meet him? You tell me, tell me, tell me.

SATGURU DEVENDRA GHIA (KAKA)
English Explanation |
|
In this English hymn, Kaka is literally begging to God for help to understand the most fundamental yet the most important questions that come up during introspection
There are many, many doubts, concerns, questions that I have
Who am I ?
What should I do ?
Why should I do ?
Where did I come from ?
Where shall I go ?
What is wrong and right in life ?
Who controls me ?
Why does he control me ?
What is God ?
Where and how to meet Him ?
Whenever we reach the stage that we no longer care about material things and worldly matters, our spiritual journey will actually begin in this life, as our focus will no longer be on this temporary life and it's temporary belongings. We will have so many, many questions that we want answered but will be unable to do so and will start searching for someone who can help us. This someone will be our Guru, after we realize that only He can help us and once He decides to accept us. If we then surrender our total self to Him, He will very eagerly help us to find all our answers as He Himself is a form of God.
