Almighty, please keep us under your kind consideration

Please give us strength and will to be worthy of your consideration

We urge you to give us will and firmness in our determination

Oh Almighty! You and you alone, you are my destination

My thoughts and mind put hindrance to reach my destination

Never would I be without you, still I act always in hesitation

I pray to you to give me in life right and right notion

Doubt may arise in life but not about you, there is no question

I am always before you and have with you intimate relation

Almighty, accept it and read it correctly, my humble presentation.

English Explanation

In this English hymn, Kaka shows how He Himself also prays to God to become one with Him

We have to pray to God to beg him to please always keep us close to Him

We need His help to keep our focus on him and the capability to do all the right actions such that He keeps us close to Him

We need his help to give us the discipline to continue all our efforts on this without any wavering of any sort

Our only purpose in life should be to become one with Him

Our digressing thoughts in our own mind will shift away our focus from God

Even though we are aware that God is always with us, we are unable to take the right actions with full confidence

So, we must pray to God to give us the right direction and help us take the right actions

Sometimes, we may not be able to understand God's reasons but our faith in God should never need to be questioned

We know that God wishes all the very best for us and cares for us in a unique way

Hence, we request God to accept us with all our shortcomings but with nothing lacking in our faith of Him

We must put our utmost faith in God and sincerely beg Him to help us and guide us in our life to take the right actions. Our devotion to God should not waver and God will never leave us alone to fend everything for ourselves. We must acknowledge all our negative traits and present them to God with our total trust and desire to shed them. God will surely grace us with His help for whatever He thinks to be best for us.
