I walk in my life, there are many junctions, so make my line clear
Forward and backward, many will be racing together, make my line clear
There will be traffic jam of my thoughts and desires, make my line clear

In this English hymn, Kaka is praying to the Almighty to instruct him on what to do in life and requesting Him to take control of his life -
As we live our daily life, we encounter so many possibilities and options on what to do ; some of these pertain to short time frame while others pertain to long time frame
Depending on what we choose and then implement, the consequences can be vastly different, favorable or unfavorable, lead to progress or regress
The permutation and combination of the myriad of options can lead to confusion and second thoughts about what to do, as results of each decision can be very significantly different
We may not have the luxury of time to keep mulling over everything nor be able to play out the whole chess game of our life in our mind
As we are unable to find the right way by ourselves, including the many consequential options that may arise and thereafter again choose the right ways, we need to pray to the Almighty to guide us as only He knows the best and clearest way for us
We must seek Almighty’s grace to completely take over our life such that we do not keep asserting our own directions over His chosen directions for us and continue making things difficult for Him to grant to us, since He is the only one who truly has only our best interests as sole focus
We must also seek Almighty’s help to enable us to receive His grace and make us capable of making unfaltering progress on the paths laid out for us by Him
We do not have the capability of analyzing and knowing what all is actually best for us. We are often confused by the thousands of intersections of ideas on the highway of millions of thoughts. If we delude ourself that we do know what is the best for ourselves and can do everything by ourselves, then we will continue living a life in spurts of momentary progress followed much more often by disappointment, dejection, frustration and failure. Instead, we must choose to and do our best to totally surrender ourselves to the Almighty and beg him for his Divine grace. With Him by our side, there will be no stopping us in living a most fulfilling and contented life full of spirituality and true happiness !
